Thoroughly enjoyed this perfect accommodation with attentive and knowledgeable staff from room maid to waiters. The location was stunning, just a pleasant stroll away from Cretaz.

Couples looking for a romantic getaway
The spa area was a good escape, really enjoyed the steam room after a day on the slopes. The staff were really good too accommodate my wife's dietary needs at dinner, just excellent hospitality.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but worth it.

The food is excelent and the location perfect. the rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel staff is friendly and speaks english well enough. only drawback was that the rooms are fairly small (basic room), but I was outdoors almost all the time anyway

What I loved most was the amazing food—so many delicious options, from sushi to steak! It's a shame the decor downstairs is a bit outdated. a fantastic spot.

Location is great! Restaurant is very good! The restaurant service is really AAA and just the old Italian style... Good selection of wines and spirits, fireplace in the lounge. And in the morning you find your ski boots heated...
We had booked a double room but when arrived with our daughter were told we have to take a suite room because no 3 people allowed in the room. That was caused by the confusing child policy statements on the website. This brought the room charge from €210 to €337... The bad thing about it was really the discussion with the reception... Rather than that the only thing we didn't like was the lights in the room (wasn't a suite, just a bid bigger room with an extra bed)...they had a real sterile 'neon' light feel and if that would be improved the room would appear more cosy and match the quality of the place...just as a suggestion...

The Staff is really excellent, the food too. The location of the Hotel is very convenient. The Chalet is relaxing, beautiful and paceful.
The shower in the bathroom. I like when I can remove the shower-bar.

The service from every single member of staff was really good, they really went outta their way to help us. Super attentive staff. The food in the restaurant was super high standard for a reasonable price, so delish! Really comfy room with an amazin view of the matterhorn. Really loved the boot room with heated lockers, such a nice touch!
only downside was getting breakfast where the coffee could've been hotter, and the boot lockers situation was a bit of a mess.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Dinner was good. Breakfast-buffet was ok, but not 4*
The Hotel itself looks and feels quite outdated (same applies to a lot of other places in Cervinia).

I stayed in a Superior Double Room for 4 nights, and it was spacious and clean. The view of the Matterhorn from my room and balcony was amazing! They had daily housekeeping, so everything felt fresh. The bathroom was a bit dated, especially the shower being inside the bathtub, which isn't my favorite. But overall, the comfort level was pretty high and the room had a cozy vibe to relax after skiing.

A fantastic place for our family ski trip! Just steps from the pedestrian road and the slopes, we loved the ski-in/ski-out access. The restaurant served creative dishes that even impressed my dad.
My kids wished the spa was bigger.
